This role is ideal for someone who values thoughtful, sustainable design and thrives in a collaborative studio environment. We’re looking for a designer who brings both technical precision and creative design skills to every phase of the design process.
As a Designer at dwg., you’ll contribute meaningfully to a wide range of urban projects—from concept through construction—working closely with your team to develop high-quality drawings, presentations, and technical documentation that support our studio’s design ethos. You’ll be a problem-solver and a forward-thinking contributor to our mission of building healthier, more resilient communities through urban landscape architecture.
What we’re looking for:
- A team-oriented designer who embraces both big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong skills 3d design software including but not limited to Rhino, D5, Lumion and or Enscape.
- Proven experience with CAD and or Revit.
- A creative thinker eager to develop innovative workflows and design solutions.
- A motivated professional who is excited to engage with projects in complex urban environments, including on-grade and on-structure landscapes, adaptive reuse, green infrastructure and urban design,

Qualifications
- 1 – 4+ Years of Landscape Architecture Experience or related industry
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
Responsibilities
- Producing SD, DD, and CD deliverables
- Consultant Coordination and Communication
- Support Construction Administration and Observation
- Provide Mentorship to Junior Design Staff
- Initial review of QA/QC documents for self and others
Skills
- Rhino
- 3d rendering software such as D5, Lumion, Enscape
- Adobe Suite
- AutoCAD/Revit with the ability to generate basic SD, DD and CD deliverables with limited oversight
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Awareness of local codes and ordinances
