The Arboretum San Antonio: Master Planning RFQ

Arboretum San Antonio

The Arboretum San Antonio is a former golf course that is set to be transformed into a public space dedicated to native trees and shrubs and will be an asset for the city as a destination for outdoor education, wellness, nature walks and recreation.

Arboretum San Antonio has put out a Request for Qualifications for Masterplanning. The Master Planning phase is crucial to setting the direction for the Arboretum’s development. The approach is the Master Planning phase with three distinct deliverables: Strategic Planning, Master Site Planning and Operational Planning. These deliverables can be served by a single consultant or a combination of firms and a prime consultant leading the overall Master Planning efforts. We require a clear demonstration of the qualifications of a single firm to be an integrator of the overall process and manage the sub-consultants.

The Arboretum will host a Zoom RFQ Q&A call October 10, 2023 11 AM CST for all participants.

Questions about the RFQ can be submitted to the Arboretum’s RFQ webpage www.arboretumsa.org/rfq

The deadline is 12 PM CST on October 20, 2023.
