Located in Ratchathewi, a district shaped by royal heritage and now evolving into a contemporary CBD, the project reflects a synthesis of Thai identity and modern luxury through the concept “The Prestige Legacy: The Ascending Siam Elegance.” The design reinterprets traditional Siamese palace planning into a contemporary vertical living experience.

Organized by a strong processional axis, the project unfolds through a layered sequence Prestige, Essence, Horizon, and Celestial forming a continuous spatial journey from ground to sky. Each layer represents a transformation in atmosphere and perception, expressed through four key zones.
The project emerges from a constrained site defined by fragmented green spaces, irregular geometry, and a bisecting emergency access, where limitation becomes a defining design catalyst.

The Privilege Courtyard – A ceremonial arrival of prestige
At the base of the project, space is defined by clarity, symmetry, and hierarchy. The landscape establishes a strong sense of arrival through axial alignment and structured geometry, reflecting the dignity and authority associated with classical Siamese courts.
A key intervention lies in reinterpreting the fire access route. Instead of remaining as a purely hardscape surface, it is transformed into a central lawn embedded within the courtyard — softening its presence while maintaining full operational functionality.

The ground-floor arrival sequence unfolds with a ceremonial sense of grace. The Prestige Welcome Plaza introduces contemporary patterns that echo noble refinement, guiding views across the Lawn Court toward The Thewi Pavilion, a central architectural focal point embraced by reflecting ponds.

Beyond the lobby, the Sculpture Garden reveals a Lotus Sculpture Fountain, an abstract reinterpretation of traditional lotus vessels found in classical Thai architecture. The water feature establishes an atmosphere of tranquility, retreat, and understated glamour.

A boulevard of Syzygium antisepticum, an auspicious Thai tree species, leads visitors into the Garland Garden, a secluded floral sanctuary inspired by traditional Thai garland patterns. Positioned at the end of the courtyard, the Peacock Sculpture serves as the project’s memorable ornamental highlight. Meticulous craftsmanship is evident in its detailed execution and the careful selection of materials. The sculpture becomes the focal point of the landscape axis, drawing people through the space to discover this treasured element.

The Reverie Garden – An immersion into Thai sensory elegance
A serene sanctuary where the essence of Thai identity unfolds through fragrance, texture, and subtle visual poetry. Native flowering plants and aromatic species compose a multisensory landscape, centered around the lotus sculpture, an emblem of purity and inner calm. Softened geometries and abstracted Thai motifs dissolve the rigidity of the lower court, allowing the space to transition into a more intimate, contemplative experience.

The centerpiece, the Luxurious Lotus Sculpture Pond, reimagines the traditional noble lotus pond as a modern reflecting water feature. The golden lotus sculpture conveys prestige and elegance, and its reflection enhances the garden’s spatial depth and serenity.
At the far end, the Scented Pavilion offers an exquisitely detailed refuge surrounded by aromatic planting, providing a peaceful escape from urban intensity.

The Sivalai Pool Garden – An elevated dialogue with the cityscape
A luxurious sky-level retreat where water, horizon, and skyline converge. The L-shaped infinity pool is strategically oriented to frame panoramic views of the city and the Chao Phraya River, transforming the edge into a continuous visual connection with the urban landscape. The name “Sivalai,” evoking a celestial realm in Thai cosmology, reflects a space suspended between earth and sky—where leisure becomes an immersive, almost otherworldly experience.
The sunrise-oriented zone hosts a 42-meter Sky Infinity Pool and The Thevi Spa & Hydrotherapy, embracing energy, movement, and expansive panoramic views.

The sunset-facing side offers calm contemplation through The Sivalai Garden, which features herbal plantings, meditation lawns, and sculptural seating. Social lounges and the Panoramic Rooftop Lounge complete the experience, offering breathtaking city views day and night.

Every landscape element within The ADDRESS Siam–Ratchathewi is exquisite, crafted to embody meaning, elegance, and cultural depth. By harmonizing Rattanakosin artistry with contemporary luxury, the project establishes a distinctive identity, one that enhances both lifestyle and long-term value.

The Celestial Sky Terrace – A tranquil realm above the metropolis
The culmination of the vertical journey, this rooftop garden offers a tranquil escape above the city’s rhythm. Minimalist spatial composition, open sky exposure, and softened boundaries create a sense of weightlessness and calm. Here, the narrative of prestige transforms into serenity—an elevated realm where residents can retreat, reflect, and reconnect within an atmosphere of quiet luxury and boundless horizon.
Conclusion: A Legacy of Prestige and Timeless Elegance
The design is driven by a process-based spatial logic, derived from traditional Siamese planning and adapted into a vertical urban condition. A primary processional axis organizes movement and visual connections, creating a coherent circulation system across multiple levels. This is reinforced by a sequence of layered spatial experiences, where each level introduces a distinct atmosphere while maintaining continuity. It redefines urban luxury as a vertically layered, immersive experience—where spatial continuity, sensory engagement, and cultural narrative converge into a refined expression of modern Siamese elegance.
