Established in 2013, the firm has worked extensively across diverse regions in India and internationally, engaging with projects of varying scales and complexities.
POD stands for People Oriented Design: the central philosophy that anchors every project undertaken by the practice. At its core, StudioPOD believes that cities must be shaped around people, their lived experiences and the ecological systems that sustain them.
Over the years, the studio has delivered strategic and regional development plans, master planning at varied scales, transportation and mobility frameworks, campus master plans, landscape urbanism projects, placemaking initiatives and streetscape designs. Regardless of scale, from regional visions to neighbourhood interventions, the focus remains consistent: creating meaningful, inclusive, and resilient urban environments.
