Arcadia recently announced senior promotions for 2024, and a number of people were recognised for advances they have made in their career growth.

Andrew Mason, who joined me when I founded Arcadia in 2011, has been promoted to Principal. He has displayed exceptional dedication to his career and Arcadia, developing skills to manage highly complex projects from concept to delivery.
Andrew is joined by new Associate Yoga Peng, and Senior Landscape Architects, Chang Liu and Rose Gurney, who have all demonstrated strong advances in their respective skillsets, highlighting what a bright future they have at Arcadia.
- Andrew is a recognised source of knowledge and leadership for the team due to his generosity in sharing insights developed through his work on a range of project types, scales, locations and teams over the past decade. Having played a key role in the development of Arcadia’s BIM & LIM strategies and implementation, Andrew has grown a reputation for rigour and attention to detail, through achieving exceptional outcomes managing complex projects.
- Yoga Peng is a seasoned Landscape Architect and Urban Designer who excels in data-driven decision-making with robust analytical techniques. She enhances productivity through automation and streamlined documentation processes in both Revit and CAD. Her mastery of data processing and visualization, coupled with a deep understanding of standards, positions her as a valuable asset, consistently adding value to projects.
- Chang is a highly experienced designer and Revit expert, delivering exceptional results for the complex needs of integrated multi-disciplinary teams working on State Significant and city-shaping infrastructure, defence and public domain projects.
- Rose’s experience spans various sectors, including high-end residential, masterplanning, open space, commercial, health and education, working on all stages from concept to project delivery. She is developing her understanding and experience working with First Nations collaborators and Knowledge Holders and is passionate about designing spaces sensitive to these stories.
