Job Description
Now, we’re seeking a Project Manager (Chinese-English) to join our mission. This role goes beyond coordination; it’s about building connections, driving impactful projects, and helping us deliver meaningful change for both society and the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in business development activities by identifying potential opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and contributing design and technical expertise during the pitching and negotiation process
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen the company’s market position, including researching industry trends, participating in networking opportunities, and recommending approaches to expand business opportunities
- Manage, oversee, and execute project plans as assigned, in collaboration with the Design Director, ensuring alignment with project objectives, operational plans, and specified timelines
- Participate in managing time, personnel, and workflow for assigned projects as well as the overall studio operations alongside the Director
- Represent the organization in meetings with clients and external collaborators to document, track, and summarize project issues, providing regular reports to the Director to ensure seamless execution according to the planned strategy
- Assess situations, negotiate, and make appropriate decisions to resolve arising challenges effectively
Develop suitable strategies for assigned tasks and propose improvements in both design and management aspects in collaboration with the Director to enhance workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MBA, MRE, PM, or a related field
- Chinese nationality with efficient Chinese-English communication skills
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to assess project risks clearly and implement Proactive management strategies
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or project management, preferably in landscape architecture, architecture, or related industries
- Ability to work as part of a team, oversee and supervise team members and related design consultants to ensure project progress aligns with the design contract and plan
- Business development mindset with skills in client relationship management, proposal preparation, and strategic thinking to support the growth of the company
More preferable:
- A comprehensive understanding of architectural design projects would be advantageous
- Basic standard in AutoCAD and SketchUp
