Job Description

The Project Manager serves as the primary steward of project execution and client experience.

This leader is responsible for aligning project vision, team collaboration, budgets, schedules, and technical execution to ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining Bluegreen’s standards for design excellence, constructability, and stewardship.


Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000- $150,000 per year.

Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead projects through all phases of design, permitting, construction documentation, and construction administration
  • Establish project goals, priorities, schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Facilitate project meetings that drive accountability, collaboration, and progress

Client & Consultant Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery
  • Build trusted relationships with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Manage communication and expectations proactively

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support project team members
  • Encourage collaboration, innovation, and shared ownership
  • Foster an environment where diverse perspectives are welcomed and valued

Quality, Compliance & Execution

  • Maintain quality standards throughout project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, permits, and contractual requirements
  • Champion innovative solutions that improve project outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 9+ years of professional landscape architecture experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of design development, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration
  • Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills
