You’ll be a problem-solver, a mentor to junior designers, and a forward-thinking contributor to our mission of building healthier, more resilient communities through urban landscape architecture.

What we’re looking for:

  • A skilled practitioner with a strong foundation in landscape architecture and technical documentation
  • A creative thinker eager to develop innovative workflows and design solutions
  • A motivated professional who is excited to engage with projects in complex urban environments, including on-grade and on-structure landscapes, adaptive reuse, green infrastructure, public art, and urban design

What we Value:

At dwg., we value people who are:

  • Organized & Accountable — You take ownership and deliver with integrity.
  • Timely & Communicative — You’re proactive and collaborative.
  • Culture Builders — You bring a “yes, and” mindset that enriches our studio.
  • Balance-Minded — You value a healthy blend of professional focus and personal well-being.
