The Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (CSLA) has announced that Megan Andre has agreed to join CSLA as our Executive Director, effective September 21, 2026.

Megan brings more than 20 years of experience as a professional, organizational leader, and relationship builder. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives spanning conservation, land stewardship, team leadership, and professional association governance, contributing to work focused on ecosystem restoration, regulatory compliance, and organizational change.

Passionate about connecting people, land, and sustainable outcomes, Megan brings a bridge-builder’s instinct to every partnership and a genuine commitment to strengthening the organizations and professions she serves. Raised in rural Alberta, she carries that connection to the land into both her professional and personal life, where she can be found gardening, running, and volunteering across Alberta’s nonprofit community.

Megan will bring her strategic leadership, collaborative approach, and deep commitment to land, people, and professional excellence to CSLA, helping strengthen our national organization and advance the profession of landscape architecture across Canada.
