Climate Action Now

As one of the most influential academic events in the landscape design industry, the 10th Shanghai Landscape Forum will be coming up soon. With the theme of “Climate Action Now!”, the forum focuses on the deteriorating global climate situation. Together with leading international landscape architect firms, joins hands to invite leading designers and academic specialists as speakers and to discuss how landscape architects apply their professional perspectives and academic practices to respond to the impacts of climate change, making an effort to draw public awareness. Meanwhile, looking into the possibilities of the landscape industry to promote the sustainable development of the living environment in the future and to safeguard the well-being of society.

The 10th Shanghai Landscape Forum is supported by ASLA (America Society of Landscape Architecture). This time Climate Action Committee members Scott Bishop and Sarah Fitzgerald are specially invited to join the event remotely, they will provide opening speech upon the forum theme – Climate Change Action, and also interact with the audience in real time for academic discussions.

Excellent Designers and researchers from SOM, SASAKI, SWA, AECOM, Hassell, ASPECT Studios and other leading academic organizations participants are also invited to share and discuss their academic research and practical projects from different perspectives under the theme.
