Arcadia promotes nine people in 2026

Arcadia has announced the promotion of nine team members across the practice, recognising their growth and development in design excellence, technical expertise and commitment to advancing cultural capability.

“At Arcadia, we are committed to developing the next generation of technical and design leaders, while strengthening innovation, co-design and meaningful collaboration with First Nations communities. These promotions recognise individuals who consistently demonstrate design excellence, leadership, a strong contribution to our culture, and the quality of outcomes we deliver for our clients and communities,” says Michael Barnett, Managing Director, Arcadia.

Ryan Lewis has been promoted to Senior Associate in recognition of his leadership across complex projects, ability to build trusted client relationships and ongoing contribution to the growth of the practice. Yiling Jiang, Saurabh Wagh and Benn Reason have each been promoted to Associate, reflecting their increasing leadership, technical capability and project stewardship as they continue to deliver complex landscape architecture outcomes across their respective studios.

Jenny Wu, Lucian Lu, Jessica Robertson and Hugh Swann have been promoted to Senior Landscape Architect, recognising the progression of their design expertise and project complexity. Sofia Espina has been promoted to Landscape Architect, acknowledging her continued professional development and contribution to project delivery.

“Our people are driven by curiosity, collaboration and a genuine desire to create places that have a lasting impact,” says Barnett.

“These promotions recognise not only technical excellence and leadership, but also the way each individual contributes to our culture and supports those around them. As our practice continues to grow across Australia and New Zealand, investing in our people remains central to delivering innovative, meaningful and enduring landscapes.”

Arcadia congratulates everyone recognised in this year’s promotions and looks forward to supporting them as they continue to shape places that enrich communities, strengthen connections to the landscape and deliver exceptional outcomes.
