World Landscape Architecture Month is an annual month-long celebration of landscape architecture in April (started by ASLA). Celebrations often involve various events and the advocacy and promotion of the profession and study of landscape architecture.
Many landscape architecture associations and institutes celebrate by providing toolkits and materials for landscape design firms and schools to promote the profession at events and on social media. Social media has become a major focus of the celebrations; however, in-person events are becoming more prevalent as people seek face-to-face social events.
World Landscape Architecture encourages all designers, design firms and schools to assist in celebrating landscape architecture during World Landscape Architecture Month, to coordinate an effort that engages the public, allied professionals, government and other organisations in learning more about landscape architecture.
WLA is happy to assist with promoting your events and social media posts. Remember to tag (or add collaborator) as follows Instagram: worldlandscapearch Facebook: worldlandscapearchitecture, and LinkedIn)
