2. Eligibility and Account
By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in AUD.
- WLA reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue services at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase via Stripe or PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Our refund policy is governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Awards Registrations: No refunds available. We may, at our discretion, provide credit for the following year’s awards cycle; you may be required to pay a gap payment (i.e. if the next year’s award fee has increased).
- Memberships: Pro-rata refunds are available upon request, subject to a 10% Administration fee.
- Job Listings & Advertising: No refunds are available once the content has been published.
- Consumer Guarantees: Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the ACL for services that fail to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., if a service is not provided with due care and skill).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of World CG Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World CG Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of your use of the Website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. User-Generated Content (Comments & Credits)
If you post content (comments, images for awards), you grant WLA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display that content. You represent that you own the rights to any content you submit.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold World CG Pty Ltd harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses made against us by any third party due to your breach of these terms or your violation of any law.
