Luohu was the earliest urban area in Shenzhen, and it was also the first to face problems such as urban aging. The original road capacity and outdated space facilities were no longer able to meet the needs of urban development.

The original green space of the project site lacked functions, leading to the destruction of ecological vegetation, lack of vitality in the surrounding office space, lack of activity space in the community, children can only play on the road, etc.

This project aims to highlight publicity and universality. The layout of the project is divided into three leisure areas: the welcome garden area, the colorful flower stream area and the flower rest area. The streamline is used to relax the entrance and exit of the subway and the surrounding residences. The community’s pedestrian traffic is a function. In the design, we also bring the ecology of the sponge city system into it. After the completion of the street corner park, it provides a short break for commuting citizens, and also provides white-collar workers with a walk outside office space, children’s entertainment space, and old people’s chat space, highlighting the small park has great value.
