“Baan San Ngam”, a low rise beach front condominium is situated in the Prachuabkirikhan province of Thailand. Located away from the typical tourist area, the site is surrounded by mangroves and grove wood forest with the backdrop of mountainous terrain in the distant.
(DA-IICT), is a technological university located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. It is named after the Gujarati entrepreneur and founder of the Reliance group – Dhirubhai Ambani – and run by the Dhirubhai Ambani Foundation. The design was lead by Amitabh Teaotia Designs and the construction and ongoing maintenance was completed by their sister company Sanwaliya Seth Gardens Pvt. Ltd. (SSGPL).
The winning scheme, ”Small Means and Great Ends”, proposes a series of interconnected small-scale interventions with multiple functions that together form a resilient network designed for extreme environmental conditions.
The Warner Swasey Wilderness Area, a vacated rail line situated between two significant zones of high density in Cleveland, Ohio; the downtown area, and the Cleveland Clinic campus. The spine is marked by vacant land and structures left in ruin. The relics are the consequences of shifts in production since the industrial revolution, and changes in the economic climate.
