Sunland Celebrity Garden is a high end residential community situated adjacent to Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. Complete with living and entertainment facilities this development is designed in a neo-classical architecture style, where the landscape architecture has been divided into three parts: a club house, formal style gardens, and natural style gardens.

The design at the main entrance to Sunland Celebrity Garden has been created in symmetry. It is accompanied by a large water feature which is complimented by a series of stepping stones that rest on the surface of an enchanting mirrored pool, creating a tranquil courtyard atmosphere.

The formal style gardens are the main visual focus at the west-axis of the residence, where paths and plants naturally divide and enclose the precinct, allowing for a variety of public and private spaces. The open lawn on the West Side is adjacent to the pergola while the elevated Eastern lawn is adorned with intricately designed lamps.

The natural style garden has been designed in a way that allows for little interference. Its winding paths connect a meditation garden to the children’s activity place and a multi-functional large lawn. The road system has been designed to ensure that residents are able to travel with ease throughout the residence. This has been made possible by incorporating way finding elements such as winding garden paths.
