A $1.1-billion condo and office development could peacefully coexist with the Calgary Stampede’s future livestock barns and truck-parking site, but the developer and Stampede should take measures to limit odour and noise problems, a new report says.
The Ramsay Exchange project has been touted as a vibrant new district that transforms an old Ramsay industrial site into an urban village of shops, offices and up to 2,000 residences.
