Government Award

may include conceptual, built or realised plans, initiatives, reports, communication/education programs at a local, regional, state/provincial or federal/country level of government.

Eligibility:
only government organisations can enter

Previous winning and shortlisted projects include:
This is a new category for 2021

Judging Criteria:

• Concept/Idea (value to the community, context, innovation, etc)
• Development and/or Execution (how the idea was developed and or implemented)
• Involvement (how stakeholders were engaged, consulted during the project)

Submission
A maximum five (5) pages (A3 / 11×17 format – landscape orientation) using the WLA Award template will only be accepted.
Submission is a single PDF file via email. Refer to the 2021 WLA Awards Entry Guide for more information and requirements.

2021 WLA Awards

Awards
Award of Excellence (1 per category) – WLA Award Trophy, WLA Award Certificate, Featured on WLA during 2021.
Merit Award (2 per category) -WLA Award Certificate, Featured on WLA during 2021.
Honourable Mention (up to 2 per category) – WLA Award Certificate, Featured on WLA during 2021.

The selection of the Awards is up to the jury’s discretion. They may decide not to award all awards. (e.g. Award of Excellence, Merit Award, Honorable Mentions).

Upon purchasing an award registration fee you will receive an email with your order number (which is your entry number) and download links for the 2021 WLA Awards Template.
