mmcité introduces Linfa, a new bench collection designed by Milan-based studios AG&P greenscape and Cattaneo design. This collaboration exemplifies the essential connection between landscape architects, designers, and urban furniture manufacturers. The collection will make its debut at Salone del Mobile, held in Milan from April 8–13, 2025.
“The benches appeared delicate and lightweight, yet incredibly strong and durable. That’s what struck me the most when I first encountered them at AG&P and Cattaneo,” says David Karásek, CEO and chief designer of mmcité. “I immediately knew that combining the expertise of top landscape architects and designers would lead to an outstanding product. Designing is always driven by real needs, and in this case, years of collaboration and research have shaped the process—something we deeply value when creating new collections.”
According to AG&P greenscape and Cattaneo design, “The collection is designed to become a central point of interaction. It invites people to unwind, soak in their surroundings, and relax, with the added convenience of a sleek steel side table—all while enjoying time with friends. In many ways, it captures the essence of Italian living, where outdoor spaces, bustling streets, and lively parks naturally bring people together.”
The Linfa collection will be unveiled during Milan Design Week at AG&P greenscape studio, where a private event will take place on April 9 in the evening. The studio will be open to the public on April 10 and 11 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Additionally, the collection will be displayed outside the studio at Via Savona 50, Milan.
