Associate | Urban Designer / Landscape Architect / – Shanghai | Gossamer

About the role

Gossamer is seeking a talented Associate landscape architect / urban designer to join our leadership team in Shanghai, China. You will be part of a multidisciplinary design unit at the forefront of delivering design excellence and constructed outcomes across Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, Art & Environmental Design. The role includes leadership in the delivery of projects, involvement in driving marketing activities and proposals,developing industry leads, team and culture building.

About you

To be a considered for the position you’ll need to have the following:

  • A superb portfolio demonstrating strong design and production standards, graphic sensibility, innovative thinking and technical expertise
  • Hands-on approach with capaibility to both produce content across all stages of design and direct team members
  • Fluent English speaker (ability in Chinese beneficial), effective and confident communicator
  • Minimum 7 years of professional working experience
  • Relevant industry degree/s
  • Commitment to living and working in China and everything that goes with it
  • High proficiency in leading, organizing, collaborating and motivating teams
  • Effective communicator and presenter.
