ESCAP Chief calls for greater aid for developing countries

Bangkok (UN Information Services) – Noeleen Heyzer, UN
Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the United Nations
Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), today
called on developed countries to help meet the technological and financial
needs of developing countries facing the challenge of climate change.
