Cora | Landscape Forms

Cora is a line of low-to-the-ground tables whose forms are stylized, distinctly organic, and offer the ability to nest, stack and layer in visually compelling ways. It’s designed to elevate the presence of natural elements in built environments, drawing inspiration from beautiful, organic compositions like stacked river rocks, fallen leaves, and layered treetop canopies.

Designed by Landscape Forms, the Cora line includes a large 10.5” high table, a medium 12.5” high table, and a small 14” high table. Their construction is simple, time-tested and refined, crafted solely using laser cut steel tops and robust bent steel understructure to ensure durability and the efficient use of energy and materials during manufacturing. Cora’s curvature appears effortless yet is meticulously designed and crafted, lending the line a unique and recognizable graphic quality both as stand-alone pieces and while working together in conversation. Compositions of multiple Cora tables can be striking for their play with color and contrast, almost reminiscent of celebrated midcentury cut-out paper art.

With understated natural form, Cora offers great design versatility, serving as a complement to landscape elements and organic design while also serving to artfully contrast the right angles and crisp edges of modern architecture. The elegant curvature continues in the expertly engineered understructure of the tables throughout which not all points are parallel to the ground plane. This creates a cantilevered, overhanging effect that enables Cora tables to nest in various orientations while remaining stable and fully grounded.

Joined by other site furnishings, Cora tables are designed to serve sophisticated outdoor common areas like high-end airport lounges, multi-family residential amenity spaces, and casual outdoor seating arrangements on a corporate and education campuses, for example. In the places people seek for comfort and respite, Cora contributes style and elegance with a welcoming, friendly and at-home feel. They pair ideally with a wide range of outdoor lounge seating options, including Landscape Forms’ Monterey line of curvilinear soft seating.

The tables are crafted with sustainability in mind — composed of 91% pre- and post-consumer recycled content and 100% recyclable at the end of a long, durable lifespan. Cora tables are finished with Landscape Forms’ proprietary Pangard II ® polyester powdercoat, which is lead-free, hazardous air pollutants-(HAPS) free, does not generate hazardous waste, and contains less than 1% VOCs. This industry leading finish — renowned for its durability, resilience and color retention — is offered in a wide range of artfully curated colors, enhancing Cora’s ability to make a beautiful aesthetic statement in high-design outdoor environments.
