Associate and Senior Associate | Melbourne, Australia | ASPECT Studios

The Practice

ASPECT Studios is a purpose orientated, design led landscape architecture and urban design practice. With operations across Australia, Asia and the Middle East, our studios believe in the power of design to positively change people’s behaviour and lives, the environment and the planet.

Our Melbourne studio is focused on creating a diverse and open working culture, where design is seen as a broad approach to making great places – from local parks to revegetation, to large-scale public realm projects. We believe each person should have their own individual career path with opportunities to grow and learn. The studio can offer this through bi-cultural design opportunities, diverse projects on state, national and even international scales, and a studio structure that is designed to facilitate robust support, learning and development. We want to work with those that are equally open to sharing their knowledge with us.

About You

ASPECT is busier than ever with an awesome line-up of projects in the works. We are seeking a degree qualified, experienced Landscape Architects / Architects / Urban Designers with 10+ years of experience to join our senior team.

Our Associates and Senior Associates play key roles at ASPECT, not only confidently managing projects to deliver innovative and fresh design outcomes but leading teams and shaping a lasting culture in the studio. Providing supportive mentorship and guidance to junior designers/direct reports, you will hit the ground running and contribute meaningfully to projects that matter – to the community, to the environment and to the planet.
