TROY — An architect firm that has worked at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute campus will take on plans to redevelop the city hall site.
The City Council voted unanimously, 9-0, Thursday night to award a $265,000 contract to Sasaki Associates Inc., of Watertown, Mass.
