The UPN project will provide improved pedestrian and cyclist access and circulation from the Railway Square bus and train interchange into the south-west corner of Darling Harbour.
The institutions which have a direct investment into the project include the Powerhouse Museum, The ABC, TAFE – Sydney Institute, the City of Sydney Council, and Infrastructure NSW and UTS with its new Gehry designed school of business on the doorstep of the UPN. The concept scheme is scheduled for consultation in June 2012 and the project set for completion at the end of 2013.
