The garden is designed and implemented to inspire visitors, both individuals and professionals. As the main industry of the Bomencentrum Nederland is the nursery business, the garden shows new and unusual materials and features to show all the different possibilities the nursery offers.
Movement on Main Design Competition has announced the shortlist of teams for a unique and innovative street redesign will create a new public gathering place that encourages the community to engage in their neighborhood’s emergent creative life through a variety of movement and new technologies.

Moore Square, a four acre square, is one of five original squares established by William Christmas’ 1792 plan for the capitol of North Carolina, self-described as the “City of Oaks”.
