A Dutch firm known for delivering euphorically original urban designs on a budget is poised to replace the world’s most famous architect on a Miami Beach park project that Gehry quit amid a row with the city over costs.
The firm, West 8, was selected from a dozen applicants for the $13 million park project by a six-person committee representing the city and the New World Symphony………
