Mr. Paul Chan, Secretary for Development and Head Juror of the Kai Tak Fantasy International Ideas Competition, announced the results at the Award Ceremony on 14 November 2014. Upon the thorough consideration by the Jury Panel during the final adjudication, Entry C Kai Tak 2.0: Healthy Lift Off (啟德 2.0： 健康啟航) was selected as the winning entry.

The ‘Olympicopolis’ Design Competition is now open with the organisers seeking “a multi-disciplinary design team of the highest quality, which can realise the project’s objectives and relate to the client and the partner ensemble.”. Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park’s Culture and Education Quarter is a multi-faceted design challenge, drawing on skills in masterplanning, architecture and public realm design, along with planning, engineering and cost consultancy.
Expressions of Interest by 2 pm UK time October 17, 2014. This is a two-stage, international design competition. Initially Expressions of Interest are sought. Following the first stage, five teams will be shortlisted for the second stage.

Rebuild by Design was a design competition to create innovative community- and policy-based solutions to protect U.S. cities that are most vulnerable to increasingly intense weather events and future uncertainties. Back in April, 10 Finalists were unveiled and the teams developed their proposals in partnership with local stakeholder coalitions and feedback from participants. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Shaun Donovan announced recently that six design proposals have been selected as winners of HUD’s Rebuild by Design competition.
