“Thomas Heatherwick will landscape the new Chelsea Barracks complex, which has had a substantial overhaul in response to local concerns

The developers of the £1-billion West London development – a joint venture between a company owned by one of the Candy brothers and Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company – have made a number of design changes following comments by CABE and local residents.”
