Visionary (re)Generation | Design Competition
The University of Manitoba in partnership with Manitoba Hydro has launched an international design competition seeking visionary design proposals for its 279-hectare (690-acre) Fort Garry Campus in Winnipeg, Canada. The campus includes the Southwood Lands, a 49-hectare (120-acre) former golf course that will become a new “sustainable” neighbourhood within the university boundaries.

Registration is open from December 6, 2012 to January 15, 2013

Design Competition for Hong Kong’s proposed cycleway parking areas
The proposed cycleway in Hong Kong’s New Territories is holding a design competition to contribute innovative conceptual design of cycle parking racks and layout of the cycle parking areas that can be blended into the design of the entry/exit hubs and resting stations.

Registration for the Competition will close on January 21.

SixtyNine-Seventy, The Spaces Between | An Urban Ideas Competition

SixtyNine Seventy invites design teams from around the world to re-envision the circulation areas and passages of two blocks in Salt Lake City’s downtown. The entrants will prepare comprehensive ideas for these in-between spaces, developing them into the connective tissue linking the area’s cultural amenities

Registration for the Competition will close on March 23.
