Arons en Gelauff architects wins design competition – Arch Daily

“Amsterdam city planning councilman Maarten van Poelgeest announced the winner of the adaptive reuse design competition for the two former sewage treatment silos in Amsterdam’s Zeeburg district: the Annie MG Schmidt House.

Arons en Gelauff architects, landscape architect Rob Aben, and Janneke Hooymans (This is Jane-interior design).”

Pennine Lancashire Squared design winners announced » 24dash.com

“The first two winners have been announced in the Pennine Lancashire Squared architecture competition which aims to create six public ‘squares’.

Inspirational concept designs from Manchester-based Landscape Projects and from Civic Architects and Colour: Urban Design Ltd, for high profile public spaces in Accrington and Burnley respectively, have triumphed in the prestigious multi-site contest, commissioned by regeneration agency Elevate.”

Ecological Urbanism @ Harvard GSD

The sold-out Ecological Urbanism conference at the Harvard Graduate School of Design opened on April 3 and will continue until today April 5.
