Sienna Architecture Co., founded in 1951….in October, Sienna downsized its downtown Portland office from 45 to 25 and retained only four of its nine Seattle employees” sadly now it is set to close its doors.

Design TAXI reports “Cornell University’s B.Arch. program in the university’s College of Architecture, Art and Planning received top ranking in the annual survey conducted by DesignIntelligence ( DI ).
The 2009 list marks the fourth time in the past five years that the Cornell program has been ranked No. 1 of the top 20 architecture programs in the United States. In 2008 the undergraduate program was ranked No. 3”
