ADEPT and LiWplanning win The Danish Landscape Award

Måløv Axis ADEPT

ADEPT and LiWplanning recently were awarded The Danish Landscape Award 2010 for the project ”Måløv Axis”, developed in collaboration with Imitio and Søren Jensen Engineering.

The purpose of the award is to bring landscape architecture in both urban and rural areas into focus. In addition, the award is an opportunity to honour individuals who with their extraordinary landscape architectural work contribute to the development of the profession.

Green Room opens in Rotterdam

The “Green Room” is designed by Casanova+Hernandez as part of a series of temporary interventions in the public space of several European cities named “Domestic Monuments”.

The “Green Room” experiments with the role of hybrid interventions (mix of landscape+architecture+sculpture) to activate the urban life of our city centres.

The intervention transforms an anonymous area of the public space of the city into an open room for the citizens that works as a green island characterized by its domestic character and strong identity.
