The project was created with the intention to complete the new complex of buildings in Via Larga, Bologna. The landscape therefore has two functions: the first is to represent the “green identity” of companies that fit into the different buildings, secondly it is not only a purely aesthetic element but also accessible and liveable and designated to every kind of user of this space.

The Natural History Museum calls for Expressions of Interest in Civic Realm Competition. In 2012, the museum created a Masterplan Development Framework, intended to serve as a charter to guide and underpin development at the NHM for the next 25 years.  A key project for early delivery is a revived grounds – the re-ordering of the extensive gardens and access-ways in order to improve the visitor experience, enhance the setting of the Grade I listed building and reconcile the overlapping uses of the space.

Connecting the Seven Lochs Wetland Park Design Competition

At almost 20 sq km the Seven Lochs Wetland Park will be Scotlandʼs largest urban nature park, and a major new destination for outdoor recreation. The Glasgow Institute of Architects (GIA) in association with Glasgow and Clyde Valley Green Network Partnership (GCVGNP) and Central Scotland Green Network (CSGN) are pleased to invite entries from design professionals and students to produce concept design proposals to connect two key sites within the Seven Lochs Wetland Park, a major new destination for outdoor recreation expected to attract over one million visitors per year.

LAGI heads to Copenhagen for 2014

LAGI ideas competition will be held in Copenhagen for 2014. Previously LAGI was held in New York in 2012 and UAE in 2010, with the recent announcement by The Land Art Generator Initiative and Refshaleøen Holding that the LAGI 2014 ideas competition will be held in Copenhagen in partnership with IT University of CopenhagenRefshaleøen HoldingAlbertslund MunicipalityDanish Architecture CentreInformation Studies at Aarhus University, and Alexandra Institute. The design guidelines will launched January, 2014.
