The urban extension of Jinzhou, a city of three million inhabitants located less than 500 kilometres north-east of Beijing, has been articulated by the creation of a new large public park of 176 Ha in an area reclaimed from the sea. During a first phase, the park hosts the 2013 Jinzhou World Landscape Art Exposition and once the Expo is closed, the area will become the central park of a new urban development.

Sailing Club is located on Nha Trang Beach, right at the heart of tourism area of Nha Trang City, one of the tourist attractive cities in Vietnam due to the nice long beach and dramatic sunrise at dawn. The restaurant is owned by our client, an Australian owner, who started this place since it was a backpacker bar in 1994 until, nowadays, become a fabulous and most famous bar and restaurant in town. Sailing club, until then, had developed its own well-known signature of tropical, rustic and luxurious beach bar and restaurant.

Housing & Development Board (HDB), Singapore’s public housing authority has launched a new landscape guide “not only serves to integrate designs at the precinct or town level, it also provides a comprehensive and up-to-date reference on the new standards and important landscape design principles for HDB estates.” MOS Maliki Osman also stated that “built environment is landscaped also plays an important role in creating spaces that are visually attractive and functional for the community. More than just verdant greenery, the creative use of landscape design at the precinct, neighbourhood and town levels can enhance the quality of recreational areas, add to community vibrancy and improve the ambient temperature and surroundings.”
