HK under fire for bright lights

Many green groups have recently taken aim at lighting in the international city of Hong Kong. Friends of the Earth have called upon retailers to minimise the lighting and to turn off many of its lights during the (after 2am).

“China’s Ministry of Culture on Tuesday set building standards of public libraries to ensure that they can meet the demands of the country’s booming urban population.
